Richard Juhlin is Swedish freelance journalist and Champagne expert. In 2002 he was awarded the Merite d’Agricole by the French Ministry of Agriculture and in 2013 received the highest rank in France when he was awarded the medal National Order of the Legion of Honour by French then François Gérard Georges Nicolas Hollande.
